All applicant Cards have a Producer field. The Producer field will be empty when an applicant arrives in the Inbox.

You can manually assign a Producer on the Inbox, or the applicant's Card view.

Auto-allocate Producer

If a Producer field is blank, Lumi will automatically assign the first user to edit the application (ie update a field, or add some notes). You can assign a different Producer if needed.

Note, if you manually assign a Producer, that Producer will persist, even if another user edits the application.

If you don't want Lumi to auto-allocate the first user to edit an applicant Card you can turn this behaviour off in Project Settings.

Go to Project Settings:

1. Click your avatar on the bottom-left to open the User menu.

2. Select "Project Settings".

3. Scroll down on the Project Settings page until you see "Casting". 

4. Expand the Casting section by clicking the downward arrow.

5. Toggle the Producer Behaviour to off (grey). This change will save automatically.
