Press this icon on the top right of each Team to add Users Simply type to search their name and hit "Add". You can add multiple users from this...

To remove a user from a team, press the bin icon next to their name in the team member list.

To delete a team, go to teams  then to the team you want to delete. Select the three dots and "Delete" from the dropdown menu.

To FYI your team, press the paper aeroplane in the top right corner then search for the team name, type a message and send.

To edit a team, go to Teams in the left hand column then select the three dots and "Edit" from the dropdown menu.
